Our Story

The carry on I couldn't find, so I designed it.

Big enough to carry on. Sharp enough to be seen with. Built to work like a hiking bag, without looking like one.

I wanted a carry on that was big enough to properly travel with, looked stylish and wasn't a hiking bag, but still functioned like one. So I went looking for it.

Nothing I found was quite right, and that's how PASSIA was born.

I couldn't find anything on the market like it, so I designed it myself.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Tiffany

I'm the founder of PASSIA, and this bag started because I couldn't find the one I wanted.

I love to travel, and I'm fussy about how I do it. I want to look put together on the move, carry everything I need, and never feel like I'm lugging gear designed for someone else.

PASSIA is the bag I wished existed, and I'm building it with the women who'll be using it.

The testing

I really tested it

When the first sample arrived, I didn't just look it over. I took it to Asia for two months and used it properly, day after day.

Then I went back to the factory with what I'd learned, combining my own experience with feedback from other women who travel.

This is a bag that can travel, and last. I've tested it.

After two months of testing the first sample, I picked up the second one from the factory, with all of those changes built in. This is the moment I saw it for the first time.

The materials

Built to last

Quality materials, tried and tested, and designed to suit a range of body types.

  • Genuine leather Chosen so it wears in well and holds up trip after trip.

  • Tested, then refined I review every sample myself and send detailed feedback before anything goes into production.
  • Australian owned, made in China PASSIA is an Australian owned brand. The bags are made in China, by a specialist bag factory I work with directly.

From idea to presale

Sample one, tested

Two months of real travel in Asia, which showed me what worked and exactly what needed to change.

Sample two, collected

Picked up from the factory with the changes built in. I'm still refining the details before we lock the design.

Presale, March 2027

We're aiming to open the presale in March 2027, and access is for the waitlist only.
