About this presale
PASSIA Travel (ABN 79 351 805 697) is currently accepting presale orders for the PASSIA Travel Backpack ahead of its planned Q1 2027 production run. By placing a presale order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Presale pricing
Presale orders are offered at a reduced early access price:
- Australia: AUD $345
- United Kingdom: GBP £200
These prices are locked at the time of purchase. If pricing increases after your order is placed, your presale price will be honoured in full.
Estimated delivery
We are targeting Q1 2027 for production completion and dispatch. This is an estimate based on our current manufacturing timeline. While we will do everything reasonably possible to meet this date, delays can occur in manufacturing and international logistics. If a delay arises, we will communicate this to you promptly via the email address associated with your order.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your presale order. Your order confirms your place in the production run.
Your cooling off right
You have the right to cancel your presale order within 14 days of purchase for any reason and receive a full refund. This is your cooling off period.
To cancel within the cooling off period, contact us at hello@passia.co with your order number and we will process your refund within 10 business days.
After the 14 day cooling off period has passed, presale orders are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to fulfil your order, in which case you will receive a full refund
- Your item arrives damaged or materially different from what was described
If we cannot fulfil your order
In the unlikely event that PASSIA Travel is unable to fulfil presale orders due to manufacturing failure, business closure, or circumstances beyond our control, all presale customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify all affected customers by email as soon as practicable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you are an Australian consumer, you retain all statutory rights regardless of the terms above.
UK Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your statutory right to a 14 day cancellation period for distance selling contracts.
