About this presale
PASSIA (ABN 79 351 805 697) will open presale for the PASSIA Travel Backpack to its waitlist in February 2027. By placing a presale order, you are buying a product that has not been made yet, so it is not available for immediate delivery.
Please read this policy before you order.
Presale price
The presale price is AUD $369, offered to waitlist members only.
Your price is locked when you pay your deposit. If the price goes up afterwards, you still pay $369.
How payment works
- Deposit: you pay a $30 deposit at checkout in February to secure your bag.
- Balance: the remaining $339 is charged automatically to the same payment method about three weeks later, in March.
We will email you before the balance is charged, so you know when to expect it. If the payment fails, we will contact you and give you 7 days to update your payment details before your order is cancelled and your deposit refunded.
Made to order
PASSIA is made to order. We will not place the production order with our manufacturer until the presale has reached the minimum number of orders needed to fund it. If it does not reach that number, every customer will receive a full refund of everything they have paid.
Estimated delivery
We are aiming to dispatch bags in July 2027. This is an estimate based on our current manufacturing and shipping timeline. Delays can happen with production and international freight, so we cannot guarantee the date. If something changes, we will email you promptly at the address on your order.
Your cooling off right
You can cancel your presale order for any reason within 14 days of paying your deposit and receive a full refund.
To cancel, email hello@passia.co with your order number and we will process your refund within 10 business days.
After the 14 days have passed, presale orders are non-refundable, except where:
- we are unable to fulfil your order, in which case you will receive a full refund, or
- your bag arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from how we described it, in which case you are entitled to the remedies set out under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we cannot fulfil your order
If PASSIA is unable to fulfil presale orders because of a manufacturing failure, business closure or circumstances beyond our control, all presale customers will receive a full refund of the amount they have paid. We will email everyone affected as soon as we can.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law. If you are an Australian consumer, you keep all of your statutory rights, whatever the terms above say.
