Built from what women actually said
Before designing a single pocket, we went straight to the source. 23 women who travel carry-on only told us exactly what isn't working, and that's where PASSIA began.
Most women said their current bag feels bulky, masculine, or built for a hiking trail.
"Bag feels bulky or masculine. Looks too hiking for cities."
Poor internal organisation was the top complaint — too many pockets or one big void.
"Either one big void or too many little compartments."
Hard to pack and unpack daily. Suitcase-style opening was the second most requested feature.
"Having to unpack and pack frequently. No separate shoe storage."
Weight sitting badly on shoulders was cited by almost half. Strap comfort ranked above everything.
"Weight, comfortable to wear, suitcase style opening."
No bag on the market transitions cleanly from travel to city without looking out of place.
"Function but that comes with something I don't hate to look at."
